Intiface Central v3 Beta 4 Live
Small update that still means a breaking change!
But now there's a macOS build too!

Still planning on doing a release on 12/31!

Because why spend the holiday with friends and family when you can spend it debugging docusaurus.
The new https://buttplug.io website is live, and for the first time in years I don't dread updating it now. There's a blog, as well as the documentation for both the current version of the spec (v3) and the upcoming versions (v4, hopefully out by... next Wednesday. :| ).
omfg buttplug spec v4 might be out before the end of the year
Currently working through implementing new versions of the Buttplug client! So far I've gotten Rust and Typescript done, next up is C#, then Python. After that, I'll be updating all of the examples in the documentation, at which point we'll be pretty close to done.
The time has come!
Or, well, I finally got sick of saying "one more thing then I'll release" and just decided to fucking release everything, lol.
Maybe I'll win the powerball so I can work on this fulltime...
So much for doing a release candidate of the new version of Buttplug in August! Life got in the way and I wasn't really able to touch the project for the better part of the month.
Exciting new features!
Work continues on trying to get the next version of Buttplug out to the world! Work is split between two areas of focus right now
Edging ever closer to the v4 release...
Buttplug Spec v4 and library v10 is... mostly feature complete! I think! Maybe!
Updates two weeks in a row! A christmas miracle!
omfg I think I'm actually on the home stretch of v4.
Bringing about a world where buttplug doesn't suck to use...
Holy shit, after 8 years of writing this stupid library I think I may have finally landed on a message format and API I don't hate, and that I hope others will similarly not hate.
What once was a weekly newsletter is quickly turning bi-annual heh.
Well the good news is, I finally got a new version of Intiface Central out! Not a ton to say about it because I've had almost no time to work on new features, but it does integrate a bunch of device updates that've happened over the past 5 months.
